為讓您瞭解本館入館閱覽及借閱相關規定，確認個人聯絡資料正確性，確保借書後可如期收到本館發出各項電子郵件通知單，如即將到期、當日到期、逾期、預約書到館等通知單。您必須完成簽署本權益聲明書後，始可利用圖書館資源。另符合台灣聯合大學系統交換讀者身分者，勾選「台灣聯合大學系統(UST)借閱權益確認」並完成簽署後，可享UST各館閱覽或借閱服務。
請務必詳閱「圖書館閱覽規則」、「圖書館借閱規則」、「圖書館個人資料蒐集告知暨同意書」、「台灣聯合大學系統圖書互借作業要點」與留下有效的電子郵件信箱及聯絡電話。
特別提醒您，借閱本館圖書時，若後方已有其他人預約，則借期一律縮短為14日；借閱後始有人申請預約，將不會調整借期，但不能再續借展期。另請注意所借圖書若無人預約，均可續借延長30日借期，並至該筆最長借期屆滿為止。學生畢業後，以既有讀者資料繼續提供校友閱覽等服務，若未使用將定期刪檔。

This serves to help ensure your full understanding of the Library's regulations, the accuracy of your personal information, and to provide information regarding courtesy notices, due date reminders, overdue notices, and reservation notices via email. You may not access the library's services until you have signed the Statement of Patron's Privileges. Furthermore, inter-library patrons in the University System of Taiwan may enjoy the UST Interlibrary Circulation Service after checking the UST Regulations.
To ensure your rights, please read the General Library Rules,Circulation Rules,Personal Data Collection Notification & Agreement,and the UST Union Interlibrary Loan Regulations. In addition to that, please provide a valid email address and contact number.
Please be reminded that if someone places a hold on your borrowed item , the loan period for the item will be shortened to 14 days. Additionally, if someone reserves an item after you have borrowed it, the loan period will not be changed but renewal will not be allowed. Please also note that if there is no reservation for a borrowed book, the loan period can be extended for 30 days up to the longest possible loan period. After graduating, the library system will still keep the record of student's information to provide alumni reading services. The records will be deleted if they are not in used for a period of time.
